xODrown3dAviOx:  she initiated an art trade with me, but failed to finish her half a year after I had finished mine.  she continued to give transparent excuses for not finishing her half even after uploading countless "original" pieces of personal art.  after some time, I asked for points as a refund;  she agreed, but it took several weeks of badgering and threatening to report to get the points.  upon further investigation, I found that most if not all of her uploads are unoriginal - traced, copied designs, etc. - and that she has a lot of history with other deviants and users on outside sites such as FurAffinity (you can find usernames of her "bullies" in some of her older journals).

PenguinsOfCP:  hoo boy, where do I start with this one?  my good friend Annie told me she was upset about someone stealing her art, but was in too much pain and under too much pressure to say anything about it.  I found the thief, and said something along the lines of "hey, this looks a lot like Annie's art-  I don't want to jump to conclusions and accuse you of tracing, but the only other thing you could have done here would be heavy referencing, which you still need to credit the original artist for."  she then deleted the traced piece, and once I found out about this, I noted her.  I told her that her behavior was not acceptable and that she needed to come forward about tracing and to apologize to Annie.  she maintained that she had not traced anything, and then uploaded a vent piece complaining about other deviants being mean and calling her a thief and a tracer.  (this actually made Annie cry, poor bab.  my heart goes out to her  vnv)  I noted her again, telling her that there was no way the whole ordeal was a coincidence.  I even shared with her about my past and how when I was a kiddo, I traced a bit too.  she then replied saying yet again that she wasn't tracing and then blocked me.  I just wrote another note to her on my other account first-mate-Dani admittedly ranting about how much pain she's caused Annie, which I'll get into next:  Annie has been hurt in many ways and on multiple occasions by Penguins.  they were friends for quite some time before she started to act just like Annie, which freaked her out.  I'm a little fuzzy on the details here because she doesn't want to talk about it too much, but Penguins would mistreat Annie to the point where Annie would threaten to do something, and then Penguins would threaten to deactivate and turn all of their mutual friends against Annie.  eventually, Annie did block her, but now Penguins is at it again with this tracing bullshit.  Annie has been abused and manipulated by Penguins who has power over her because they share so many friends and because Annie is such a kind person that she would rather lay down and take the fact that her art, her friends, and her own identity are being stolen by Penguins than to report her and end the abuse.
